From First Contact to Final Delivery

Our 8-phase sourcing process eliminates risk at every step. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us.

Your Sourcing Journey, Step by Step

01

Discovery & Requirements

We start with a focused conversation about what you need. Product specifications, quantities, timeline, destination country, compliance requirements, budget range. This isn't a sales call -- it's a scoping exercise. By the end, both sides know whether this project is a fit.

What you receive:

A requirements brief summarising everything we've agreed on.

02

Supplier Research & Shortlisting

Using our Guangzhou-based network and industry contacts, we identify potential suppliers that match your specifications. We don't search Alibaba -- we work from verified supplier relationships and on-the-ground intelligence. We narrow the field to 3-5 candidates.

What you receive:

A shortlist with supplier profiles, production capabilities, and initial pricing indications.

03

Factory Verification

This is where most sourcing agents stop and we keep going. We physically visit every shortlisted factory. We check their business licence, inspect their production line, assess their capacity, review their export history, and look for red flags that don't show up in online profiles.

What you receive:

Factory visit report with photos, capacity assessment, and our honest recommendation on which suppliers to proceed with.

04

Sampling & Negotiation

Once you've selected a supplier, we manage the sampling process. We negotiate pricing, confirm specifications in writing, and ensure samples match your requirements before any production commitment. If something doesn't match, we push back or find an alternative.

What you receive:

Approved samples, confirmed pricing, and a production agreement with clear specifications.

05

Production Monitoring

During production, we stay in contact with the factory. We request progress photos, verify timelines, and flag any issues early. If the factory falls behind schedule or deviates from specifications, you hear about it from us -- not after delivery.

What you receive:

Regular production updates with photos and timeline confirmations.

06

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before you pay the final balance, our team conducts a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection at the factory. We check quantities, specifications, materials, workmanship, and packaging against the agreed standards. Defects are caught and corrected before shipping.

What you receive:

Detailed inspection report with photos. Final payment is released only after you approve the inspection results.

07

Logistics & Compliance Documentation

We coordinate shipping, prepare all customs documentation, and ensure your products meet the compliance requirements of your destination country. For European imports, this includes CE marking verification, CPR documentation, Digital Product Passport preparation, and Eurocode compliance certificates.

What you receive:

Complete shipping documentation, compliance certificates, and tracking information.

08

Delivery & Handover

Your goods arrive. We provide a complete project file with all documentation, supplier contacts, and quality records. If you need to reorder, everything is in place for a faster, smoother repeat process.

What you receive:

Delivered goods, complete project documentation, and ongoing support for future orders.

European Compliance -- Handled Before Shipment

Compliance failures are the hidden killer of China-to-Europe imports. An estimated 20-30% of direct imports fail at customs due to missing or incorrect documentation. We handle compliance as part of the process, not as an afterthought.

CPR 2025 -- Construction Products Regulation

The updated EU Construction Products Regulation requires products to meet specific safety and performance standards, with proper documentation and declaration of performance. We verify that your supplier's products and documentation meet CPR requirements before production begins -- not after your shipment is stuck at a European port.

Digital Product Passport (DPP)

The EU's incoming Digital Product Passport requirement means products need comprehensive lifecycle documentation. We prepare this documentation during the sourcing process so it's ready before your goods leave China.

Eurocodes -- Structural Design Standards

For construction products sold in Europe, Eurocode compliance is non-negotiable. We ensure factories understand and can certify to the relevant structural design standards for your destination market.

Your Money Is Protected at Every Stage

We use a staged payment structure tied to verified milestones. Here's how it works:

1

Deposit (typically 30%)

Released to the supplier only after factory verification is complete and you've approved the supplier selection.

2

Production Balance (typically 70%)

Released only after our pre-shipment inspection passes and you approve the inspection report.

Important note:

We manage the payment release process based on verified milestones. This is not an escrow service -- it's a systematic payment protection protocol built into our sourcing process.

No milestone, no payment. If a supplier fails inspection, production is corrected before any final payment is released.
